Bio
Derrius grew up in the shadow of LSU's Tiger Stadium, dreaming about being their star running back. He lost his father at the age of five, but not before Derrius promised him that he would "be the football man of the house." He became a standout athlete at Catholic High School. His passion to keep his promise to his father and excel in both athletics and academics lifted Derrius out of the shadows and made his dream of playing for LSU possible. He had over 1,200 rushing yards in a season twice and ended his college career with 32 touchdowns. Derrius is the 5th ranked rusher in school history and owns three of the top five spots on the single game rushing leaders list. He will soon continue his passion for excellence in the NFL.

It's hard to imagine the 6' 5", 320-lb. Connor Williams being bullied, but growing up with a severe speech impediment made him an easy target. Adding to his insecurity with language skills was the fact that Connor was a husky kid. He would dream about playing at the University of Texas, but on the playground he was never picked first and sometimes not at all. Connor refused to let this poor treatment define him. He leaned on the strength of his family and became fueled by the passion to overcome his bullies and feel confident. He worked out every morning with his father before school to make that possible. By the time his junior season rolled around Connor was the one laughing with thirty-eight D1 offers. He ultimately landed at his dream school, the University of Texas.

From elementary school to the University of Alabama, Minkah Fitzpatrick has always been known as the hardest working guy on the team. To this day, you can hear the head football coach at St. Peter's Prep in Jersey City instruct players to 'Fitzpatrickize' themselves whenever he feels they're not working hard enough. Minkah's passion for hard work on the field and in the gym begins with his family unit. Instead of moving somewhere new when Hurricane Irene destroyed his home, the Fitzpatricks rebuilt nearly from scratch. In high school, Minkah would come home each night and work on the house. Whether it meant carrying bricks in freezing temperatures or hanging drywall through the night, Minkah was working. And the hard work paid off. The family still lives in the home they rebuilt and Minkah is on the precipice of competing in the NFL, proving that passion for hard work makes anything possible.

Quarterback | Wyoming

Bio
Josh Allen was born and raised on a fourth-generation farm in the tiny agricultural town of Firebaugh, California. It's easy to be ignored when you come from a town with one stoplight and that's what every D1 college in the country did despite Josh and his brother being standout high school athletes. But Josh was passionate about his dream to play D1 football. Undeterred, and with the support and love of his family, Josh enrolled and played in junior college. It took only one season before the University of Wyoming came calling and Josh became the best football player in that school's history. His first season ended a few plays into the first game when a freak injury had him sidelined for the rest of the year. But Josh came back for his second season and called it the "year of revenge." He threw for over 3,200 yards and 28 touchdowns, beating many of the teams who overlooked him in high school. Today, Josh still stands with a chip on his shoulder. He's a small-town kid at heart with a big-time arm and athleticism to match. But it's his passion to work for what's possible that makes him undeniable.
